Shipping
I charge a flat shipping rate of $7.00 for your entire jewelry purchase. This includes priority shipping with insurance and delivery confirmation.
International buyers please email me to get international shipping rates. Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping charges. Those charges are the buyers responsibility.
Items paid with paypal or a credit card are usually shipped within 48 hours of my receiving payment for the order.
Return Policy
If, for some reason, you would like to return your item, please notify me within 3 days of receiving the item. Then please send the item back in the original packaging. I need to receive the item within 7 days of being informed of the return. I recommend that it be sent back with insurance. Once I receive the package, I will issue you a refund, minus shipping.
Insurance Policy
If an item is damaged in shipping, I will help with the insurance form. Please do not send the item back, as it voids the insurance claims.
